Obituary for Kim Marie Vaughan (Bedingfield)

Kim Marie Vaughan, 56, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017, winning her long battle with multiple illnesses. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 30, 2017 at 2pm in Burpee-Scott Chapel in Warner Robins. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 6-8pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Kim was born on September 8, 1960 in Colorado Springs, CO, and raised by the late Rev. Warren and Mary Frances Bedingfield. Kim was a very intelligent and gifted person, having attended Mercer University in Atlanta, and graduated Gordon College with a triple major in Music, Psychology and Computer Science. She was a talented pianist who viewed her talent as her ministry to God. She played for several churches, where she was an inspiration to many. Kim was a former employee of Honeywell and excelled in their IT department. She also enjoyed a wide variety of crafts and hobbies. Kim loved all her family dearly, especially her 3 children, whom she was so proud.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Amanda May, Ben Vaughan (wife Cassie), & Matthew Cox; 3 grandchildren: Rhiley, Gannon & Fallyn; Sisters: Charlene & Kathy; Brothers: Barry (her twin), Steven, John, Randall; & a host of nieces and nephews.
