Rick was born on May, 20, 1957 in Presque Isle, Maine to the late Gerald Moore and Laura Anderson Middleton (Lelan) of Kathleen. He was a hard working man and did all he could to support his family. Rick owned R&J Custom Homes and Remodeling. He was a very generous and giving man. He worked with Rebuilding Together here in Houston County and was always looking for ways to mentor young people. Rick loved his Northside Eagles and rarely missed a game. His pride and joy came from his “bride”, as he often referred to her, of 36 years, his children and his grandchildren. Rick loved spending time with each and every one of them, especially at the beach. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter. In addition to his father, Rick was preceded in death by his grandson, Jesse Moore.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Julie Moore of Kathleen; son: Jessie Moore of Kathleen; daughters: Christina Grayson (Robert) of Syracuse, Utah and Melissa Walton (Jeff) of Guyton, GA; 5 grandchildren: Rebecca & Madison Moore, Adelle & Harrison Grayson and Luke Walton; brother: Stephen Moore (Nancy) of Kathleen.
